As a Real Estate Professional licensed in California, Gurlean strives to provide strategic marketing and a worry-free transaction process to her clients across many counties. Her business is built on dedication, communication, determination and trust. Being able to cater and adapt to her clients hopes and dreams. Born and raised in California, Gurlean has bounced around a few counties from growing up in Hollister, having family businesses in Salinas, high school in Gilroy, college in San Jose and ultimately starting up a marketing firm in the Bay Area. Her knowledge of the Monterey, San Benito and Santa Clara counties is extensive and readily available to help her clients find a property that may be a temporary home, investment property or a forever home. Receiving her Bachelor's degree from San Jose State University in Business Entrepreneurship, Gurlean is determined to incorporate her previous skill sets into the world of real estate while making “your home, my mission.”
